Shipping
Delivery prices quoted on the website are for shipping to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we do not ship overseas or to the Republic of Ireland. Additional delivery charges apply for orders to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands. Please contact us for a quote.
You should receive your couriered items on the next working day unless you are in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or outside Great Britain. In those cases, deliveries may take a little longer. Royal Mail items should arrive within three working days.
On Delivery
Please be certain to check the goods on delivery. In the case of signing for goods, you should sign as “damaged” or “unchecked” if the parcel shows any signs of damage or tampering. If the goods are to be signed for and the damage is very severe please reject the item which will be returned to us by the courier. You should also let us know what has happened.
If you do not discover the goods are damaged until you unpack them please let us know immediately, and certainly no more than 48 hours later.
If you are out when delivery is attempted, a card should be left by Royal Mail or a courier, advising you where to collect the item in the case of Royal Mail, or other delivery arrangements by courier. Often a courier will make a second delivery attempt the following day. Otherwise, they may ask you to call them to re-arrange delivery. If you are not available at all to take delivery the item will be returned to us.
Returns
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us to initiate the return process. The returned items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition, free from any use marks.
Please note that if you would like us to collect the item, there will be a collection charge based on your distance from our London warehouse. Alternatively, you can arrange to return the item at your own expense. You are responsible for the item until we confirm its receipt. To ensure secure delivery, we recommend using a trackable service. Additionally, you have the option to return items in person to our showroom located at 40 Half Moon Crescent, London N1 0TJ.
Faulty Items
If you believe the item you received is defective, please contact us promptly. We require detailed information about the fault, and in some instances, photos. Once the fault is identified, we will request that you to return the item for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable due to discontinuation or clearance, we will either provide a similar product or issue a full refund (Providing it is still under warranty and the 14 days return policy, respectively). For defective item returns, we will reimburse your return costs after inspecting and confirming the fault.
Should you wish to return an item to us for any other reason, such as our fourteen-day returns policy (applicable to certain products only), please inform us.
We will provide you with an address for returning the goods. Remember to include the original receipt with the item so that we can identify it as part of your order and understand the reason for the return (you can write this on the receipt if you prefer). Failure to include the receipt may result in processing delays.
Return Exceptions
We regret that, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of mattresses, pillows and personal items such as eye masks. If the product was sealed by the manufacturer and the product remains unopened with the sealed packaging intact we are willing to accept returns. This is standard practice for most companies retailing these types of products.
