Designed by London studio for people for Herman Miller, the Keyn chair features the unique CradleFlex movement which allows a recline of up to 10 degrees while the seat slides forward. Its responsiveness to body movement is crucial - it is estimated that the average person will change posture over 50 times in an hour. One hour is also the average length of a formal meeting and about 20% of working hours is spent in meetings.

Keyn is also a highly customisable chair: comprising four main parts (base, seat, lower back and upper back) it can be tailored to suit a wide variety of environments, such as reception areas, breakout areas, conference rooms and more. By keeping the number of components low, Keyn Chair Group offers the same aesthetic appeal and elegance throughout, in spite of the high level of customisation which can be applied to it. Ideal for shared workspaces and collective areas, it is sturdy, made with quality materials and fabrics, it is easy to clean and breathable. The base is available in three variations: stackable cantilever, four-legged with optional castors for extra dynamism and a stylish chrome four-star base.

The seat is always upholstered while the backrest offers three options: non-upholstered, half upholstery on the bottom half or fully upholstered. The armrests are optional.
