With 14 rollers as opposed to the 10 on the regular Backstretcher healthy individuals with no history of backache can use the Sports version to increase suppleness (if you have suffered back pain or any other related injury in the past we suggest seeking medical advice before opting for the Sportstretcher, the additional rollers mean that the Sportstretcher is raised higher than the Backstretcher and so requires more control when in use and this can aggravate existing or old problems).
