yes, this product will definitely help your saggy back posture, and the subsequent aches. I have one for my home, and I plan to get one for my work. I type a lot at my desk, and the Muvman sets a muscle tone that keeps your back straight as you sit straighter whilst typing (and balancing). Its not a cheap product, so I suggest you try one out at a store 1st and see if you like it. Also, it takes up virtually no space.
