The Okamura Luce is an evolution using the technologies created for the Leopard to provide a perfect fit with your body throughout all postural changes from the sitting to standing position. Its “smart relaxation” mechanism absorbs much of the impact to your body when you sit down, providing a relaxing softness under you, regardless of your weight or height. The Luce is especially suitable for the active worker where you are frequently required to stand up and sit down. Its use as an multi-purpose ergonomic office chair is not its only feature. It is also an attractive item for both the office and the home. With its unmistakable forward-leaning shape comprising an improved seat-cradle design, the Luce was the product of research undertaken by a collaboration of advanced seating experts at Okamura, and robot technology specialists, OKI.
