If you require any advice before buying please contact us. Our fully trained staff are available to help and can provide advice on most queries relating to the items we stock.

Our staff can provide general advice about back care, back pain and ergonomics; however for medical queries you will be advised to seek advice from medically trained professionals. We are able to liaise with medical professionals with your permission or advise you on what information to get from them before we can help. In most cases it is better for you to liaise with third parties as we will be restricted in what we can query due to patient confidentiality.

For queries that may require an in-depth answer we would prefer you to use our email form on the contact us page as this will allow us to take the time to answer your query in full and allow you to go through the advice at your convenience. We endeavour to reply to all email within 24 hours during the working week.

We do recommend visiting our Showroom for in-depth advice on products if you are not sure of what you need. Many of our products should be fitted to the individual or tried before buying as this will allow us to advise you properly and ensure that you purchase the correct product.
